The Madeira Island Retreat has a fully equipped modern and spacious kitchen which is ideal to host a Culinary Retreat.  The stove works on gas. We have tempered Glass Cookware and Wooden Utensil Sets for your use during your retreat event.

Besides the appealing kitchen, the Madeira Island Retreat provides the perfect atmosphere to tantalise the taste buds.

The Main House is spacious and comfortable with two sitting rooms, one of which has a fireplace.  There is also an upstairs veranda overlooking the half acre landscaped garden with a cascading fishpond.  The garden has a variety of evergreens and flowers.  The immediate countryside surroundings has  few paths for scenic walks and cycling.
